Lord of arcana Multiplayer blackscreen

Issue: Whenever I enter the guild for a multiplayer
The game just straight out crashes *black screen*
, this happened on my android device (Oppo F11)
, I also tried it on my other devices : Oppo Neo7, Oppo F1S , and lastly, on oppo F11.

However there does not seem to be any problem on my PC, I can play multiplayer without any problem, I've even tried it on my older laptops, The i3 Toshiba, and i5 Hp, and does not have any problem on multiplayer,
But I prefer playing on my mobile device.

The problem seems to be present at android devices.

Me and my siblings would like to play this together.

Has someone had the same problem/ issue (Black Screen) on multiplayer?
