Have anyone played a Third Person Shooting Game before?

I found some third-person shooting PSP games that I want to play like Dead to Rights: Reckoning, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, Assassin's Creed - Bloodlines and many more, but I have installed retroarch emulator on my PC and I get really play the games so I need some suggestions for a good emulator that I can install on my PC and play that kind of games.
