PPSSPP won't recognize my logitech controller
Even though it's usable in the menu, I can't play games with it, as the emulator seems to lock down, I can't even use keyboard controls.

did u try the obvious stuff like re downloading ppsspp? changing controls?
Try AntiMicro graphical program used to map keyboard keys and mouse controls to a gamepad/controller.
