So, what does the "battery saving" message mean?

When i am under 15%, the emulator displays a short message that battery saving is enabled.

What does this mean? And where can i deactivate it? 15% gives me almost an hour of gameplay. I want to have full speed

Your operating system (Android) is automatically reducing performance to try to squeeze the most out of that remaining battery power, in case you really need your phone. I think you can turn this off in settings, although obviously there might be downsides.

When the OS does this, PPSSPP just naturally gets slower. That's beyond its control.

Ok, i know what power saving means in android, i have it disabled (and my phone is also rooted) but i thought ppsspp overrides something by itself regarding this.

So it's just a simple message with no action taken from ppsspp's part, right?

Yes. Its not a PPSSPP thing. It is Android.
