Can't Host a Game on Win7
Attempting to host a game like Phantasy Star Portable 2 on Windows 7 using clients like Evolve and Hamachi doesnt work. Windows 8 and 10 do not have this problem. Can anyone take a look at providing a hotfix for this?

There is none. For some reason only PSP2 has this problem on Win7 systems.

If the cause of the issue can be narrowed down then I'm certain a hotfix can be made.
I'm not asking if there is one already, I'm asking that one be worked on. We are in the dev forum, after all.
