Is it possible to play with a ps4 controller with this emulation?

I have a PS4 controller and I just plugged it into my laptop. Then I went to settings, controls, and then I clicked on control mapping. I clicked on each row and pressed the buttons I wanted to use. Then I clicked back, loaded the iso and was ready to play. It worked flawlessly.
