Does ppsspp use different power settings for different games?

Games like gow makes my device warm but runs smoothly, while all the other games doesnt but runs only OK... playable... but I am not able to enchance any of those games... my device is iphone SE ... is it possible to make any game use phones full power?

i think and i can be wrong but this sounds like gow is just more demanding

it suck ur phone as much as it can and other game just suck it as much as they need

its like you ask if you someone drinking water very fast can drink faster and then again even faster while someone will need to drink it with a straw

GoW uses the max of CPU and GPU of your phone, your phone will get hotter than a game that uses a little the GPU but the max o CPU, or vice-versa.
