Game locked at 15 fps for some reason

What game? PSP games have this weird thing, that some are locked to weird FPS. Some are 30, some 20, some go to 15 sometimes.

K. Sounds like you maybe have changed something in configuration?
Or did it happen suddenly without you touching the emulator settings?
