Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Well today while I was digging through the forums and guides in order to connect my Android phone's emulator with my laptop, I came across this.
Followed the tutorials and stuff, yet none of my devices recognized each other in the same lobby.
I've double-checked all other settings as well. Is this a problem of the game itself or of the platforms?
Both versions are the latest.

You need to set Port Offset higher than 1024 as in http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?...t+shifting

I tried, but only my phone got stuck at the "connecting to lobby" screen. My laptop works normally.

EDIT: Well apparently a second instance of my laptop ran into the same issue, as shown here. Tried changing the host IP address already.

Are you using official PPSSPP?
I recommend you to use the Android builds on that link i posted above for Dissidia 012
