PPSSPP has stopped working

Hello all, I am very new to these forums, and I am having a problem with the PPSSPP emulator. I am trying to play Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus, and when I get into game(or almost in) where I can I finally move around, PPSSPP stops working. I have searched for a solution to this problem, but I have not found one yet. I really need help with this, I want to be able to play this game. I also plan on buying this game very soon, I just want to test it out for a few days. That will be my main use for this emulator.

I also forgot to add in my CPU Specs. So here they are.

Acer
Aspire 5250
Windows 7 Home Premium
AMD E-450 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.65GHz
4.00 GBs (3.73 GBs available)
64bit OS

Hmm, I guess I'll go ahead and get that windows 8 now. Also, do you know how to play this with a PS3 controller?, Thanks for the welcome and help as well.

no try the latest build here http://www.ppsspp.org/downloads.html and post the result.i tried with my second pc which is win 7 and it always crashing when taking control but now i managed to get further!give it a shot!to play with ps3 controller you have to download the motioninjoy program,if you know it.if dont i ll give you the details in private msg but later, ok?

Okay, and yeah Motioninjoy, I just can't figure out how to make the controller stay connected without being plugged with the usb. Because my USB Adapter Cable is sh-trash.. Also, tI have the new build, but it still won't let me configure controls around.

No PPSSPP has not yet got configured controls, its not been implemented as yet, but will not be long!!!

BTW......Try Xpadder.com.........Let me know if you want more details on this, I can help you there.

Doesn't it cost money?, I don't really have money since I have to wait until the summer to see if my work application will be accepted.
