ppsspp is great emulator and of course all credit goes to Henrik .
in version 1.1 b890( and up )a port offest feature
added to ppsspp networking section making many games work in ad hoc (like yu gi oh tag force (1,2,3,4,5,and 6!!!) but losing ability to make connection with the real psp
okey let's go to networking play
the requirements is :
1-ppsspp v 1.1 beta890 and up required

2-wifi hotspot feature or router device

3- that's all you need

---wifi hot spot method (recommended)

1-- turn on hotspot tethering in settings


2-conect the another device to your hotspot network


3-run ppsspp in networking tab change ip (ex 192.168.43.1 both devices must be the same) and don't. forget. to enable networking


4--enable pro ad hoc server (some games have little bugs with this)

5-change port offest to more than 1024
I found 2700 is okay for many games (naruto shipuden impact seem work best on port 8500)

and start the game you like and play with your friends

make sure you are not using cheats code and you are playing with same IP if the problem still there try shifting ports more than 1024

make sure you R android and samsung user
enable hotspot in your phone and you have the latset ppsspp update (ppsspp v 1.3)
both u and your brother
so your brother connected to your hotspot and both of you enabled networking in net work tab and set the ip to 192.168.43.1 and start play
if the problem preiset try shifting port more than 2000 example
