Like some other sport game this also just ran at incorrect framerate, PPSSPP is just way too fast which causes issues in poorly coded games;c, anyway here's a workaround:

With this cheat activated it should run at correct speed and be lighter to emulate.

2024 Edit: I added the workaround to latest PPSSPP, so please don't use the cheat anymore unless you really need to use old PPSSPP version.
