Help to install ubuntu

I am french so sorry if my english is so bad :/.

I am new on Ubuntu 12.10, and i dont know how to install ppsspp..

When i download from ppsspp.org, i have one folder called PPSSPPSDL..

In this one i have PPSSPPHeadless, Please read this.txt and a folder called assets..


What i have to do after please ?

Just run PPSSPPSDL.

Maybe you need to install libsdl, you can find it on ubuntu software center
Headless is for automatic emulator test(which don't have a GUI so you may never see the game screen)

well that's strange, there should be a file called 'PPSSPPSDL' in the 'PPSSPPSDL' directory
maybe there's some problem with @angelxwind 's build server
anyway, if you want to play it right now, try this
a pretty old but working version
just download that .tar.bz2 file
(the page is all in chinese, sorry about that, if you really have problem, try google translate..)

And this version work fine or not ?
