Moga d-pad doesn't work

Im having a very obnoxious issue with my Moga Pro where the conttoller constantly presses up on the left stick while im in (B) or HID mode as if someone was holding it in place. Ive tried everything i could think of including opening it and attempting to reposition the stick itself to no avail. I feel VERY ripped off considering the high price and low durability/functionality. If anyone has experienced similar issues and has any advice or suggestions id be very appreciative.
