iTunes File sharing not working

So whenever I go to file sharing on iTunes, the PPSSPP Documents are empty and when I try to add a ISO it does nothing and the ISO does not go in. I don't know if it is because I am jailbroken.

I have the same issue, I jailbroke my phone and was using a PPSSPP version that I downloaded off Safari. At the bottom it said that there was a new version available, so I switched to the PPSPP Cydia one, and now the file sharing doesn't work at all. It worked before on the Safari version.
