Can a dolphin shader be used on ppsspp in some way

My monitor is really old and almost any every game look too dark at my monitor settings that I don't want to change.

The shader is called DolphinFX and with certain settings on some of the tabs,all games look way better(on ppsspp I have to increase the gamma from the nvidia control panel to look almost the same)

It's really great shader with user friendly settings and if ppsspp support it,it would be awesome(it's like all in one and you don't need the other shaders)

No I don't think you can without modifications, you would have to ask Asmodean or someone else skilled at shaders to port it to PPSSPP first.
Another problem is the lack of support for a shader parameters in PPSSPP's GUI though I would enjoy this shader in PPSSPP even without GUI parameters.

Use Reshade by Crosire. Same effects plus alot more.
