Well, my "beloved" 10-30 sec radio delay in GTA:CW and bugged scaling with OpenGL are still here. Silent Hill games are still bugged.

I can't find it in the ios cydia repo. It still PPSSPP 1.0.

Yes the iOs repo does take longer to update, as its one person who updates that, who is not part of the development team, I shouldn't think it will be long though.

The audio settings appeared to have changed. There aren't options to adjust volume?

I can easily adjust the volume of my device/system/speakers but it does seem a little inconvenient to not be able to adjust volume within the program.
