Ripping sprites/textures from Games

Okay, I'm looking to rip the sprites from this game but are unsure on how to go about doing it. I know people can use the offset to search in another program and get the texture/sprite to display, but how would I do this and is there any specific programs you would use with PSP games?

Also, there is a .pck file I ripped from the disc but how would I extract it? I think that's where the sprites and textures will be so can you guys help me out on this, much appreciated.
