[WIN] Older video cards
well i have an older video card ATI Radeon x1550 and it does not support GLSL 1.3 so i created a quick and dirty patch to make it run on my gfx card.
I tested it on Ramen Heaven and seems to work fine but I know nothing about shaders so meh.

attachment should be renamed to .patch
