Global PSP multiplayer server

Why can't you just create a global server, instead of having to go through all this trouble of installing 3rd party programs just to play multiplayer?

That way everyone would be gathered in one place and not scattered all over different programs. Also on android you can't change the IP in PPSSPP Gold Paid android version it's always stuck at coldbird.net...probably a bug.

I know you're working on multiplayer for Android as right now you can only play Local WiFi LAN games 4 people and this makes it no different then playing Terreria on Android. Thank you
