Alternate speed options suggestion

I'd like to see more Alternative speed options between 100% to 200%. Or just allow us to enter our own number.

I can still manually adjust the alternate speed/framerate using FrameRate = x in the ini file, but going into the Game Settings in the emulator resets the Alternative speed to one of the limited % options. Which is a hassle, and feels kind of hack-ish.

In 0.8 we were able to set the fixed framerate in increments of 10. That functionality was removed in 0.9 and renamed to the limited "Alternate speed" option.. even though it's still the same thing and uses the same .ini file setting.

How do I enable the alternate speed on Android? Isn't it possible to have a touch screen button to enable it? (like the throttle one)
