How to record on Android emulator?

Hey guys new here tried using search function but couldn't find answer.

So first time using emulator in over a year and I'm sure that I internally recorded some in game footage before but struggling to remember how I went about doing it...

When I used search function most of threads said that it wasn't possible to internally record but they were from at least a few years ago and like I said in the past I'm pretty sure I was able to do it in fact still have the footage that I captured the video was about 1 minute 20 seconds long...

Can anyone help me out with this?
