Now by turning buffered rendering off the mini map is visible but it's missing your position and other racers in it.Turning off Hardware Transform fixes some 'jumping' textures on buildings
The fog still exists but not in all stages
Playable if you don't mind the fog

Gotta wait long for the game to start. Weird yellow flickering cloak over the screen with buffered rendering on. with non buffered its just the yellow cloak without flickering.
