i cant play pes 2013

It keeps showing me the message "no option file found" and it chrashes, im using ppsspp latest version. There was some people with the same issue as mine but i couldnt find a solution, someone help me please

Hi is this the first time you have started this game up, as deleting your save game may cure the problem, as the save maybe corrupted.
If it is the first time & no save is present, un-sure of reason for the crashing.
could you give us more information.
IE.....what settings you are using & on which format?

Sorry but i dont have much more to tell you about... :/ i didnt change any config on ppsspp after downloading it, im using a galaxy 4 quad core and pes 2013 is the first game i tried to play after downloading ppsspp. The game asks me the language i want and after it, it loads to a screen written "option file not found , option file can be saved here" and it doesnt get off this screen..

Have you tried using the latest development build from http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/ ?
