Has Anyone Ever Tried To Do This With CSO/ISO's?
How do you open a CSO/ISO's bgm.pak / voice.bgm files?
NOTE: I am not planing on distributing the files I extract. They are just for my personal use only. I have custom firmware on my psp and so I managed my ISO/CSO's on a flash drive. When I had my flash drive in my PC, I noticed that Winrar was able to open the ISO/CSO's. I extracted a certain game, poked around and found the games sound file in a .pak file. When I tried to open them with another program that supported .pak files, it wouldn't work. Any information on this topic would be helpful. |

I know that their is a game cube program to change ssbb (wii game) 3D models and sound effects this site might have information on that but, I am unsure if psp files will work with it.

PAK is a pretty generic file extension. What it contains could be specific to the game, or it could be some other format like CRIware or etc. You might try asking about it at http://forum.xentax.com/.
By the way, you can play an extracted iso in PPSSPP. This is specifically to make hacking games easier. -[Unknown] |
