For some reason, the GUI in PPSSPP 0.9 look garbled. Is there a reason why this happens?
is this a rendering issue, do I need to delete the config file and start anew? Pretty sure that's supposed to show English
I apologize if this is the wrong section.

Hm it's perfectly fine here
Yeah, maybe you just have to delete the config file then reconfigure it
