Next Version Questions

First of all - No, I'm not stupid enough to ask when it'll be released. I have no intention of rushing the development of the fastest growing emulator I've ever seen.

Just this - will the next big release be 1.0 or 0.10? And, if it's latter, what standard does it need to meet in order to have its first "complete" release?
