Maybe it's related to that windows then...as you saw from my image,the game is running at above 60

And btw,those settings you posted...are those settings from the newest rev or the old one?

I said that i haven't changed the settings in the newest build, i tried it using the default settings..

I'm using the latest video drivers, so i will reinstall it.. if not works, i will install Windows 8 RTM and that's it..
