Hardware transform feature (Android)
I've noticed these while using this feature in ppsspp v0.4 (github build 27/12/2013)

*It renders the foliage in Obscure the aftermath which was missing in the Google.play build but causes some screen display buys
*Fires and some other things are.showing correctly in Mortal Kombat Unchained but causes fps to drop
*Brighter characters in Dragon ball evolution

What exactly does this feature do????

My Device:
Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray ST18i
Super Jellybean 4.0 (Android 4.1.2)
Fusion Kernel v5.4
1.4 Ghz Arm V7 cpu
512mb Ram
Adreno 205 Gpu

Apple Ipod Touch 4G
Ios 6.1.3

Laptop:
Intel core i5 3210m @3ghz
8gb DDR3 1600mhz RAm
Nvidia GT650m @gb GDRR3 OCed
1600x900 Hd Resolution

RE: Hardware transform feature (Android)
It uses graphics hardware on your device to run transform ("T&L", that is, transform, lighting and skinning) on the GPU instead of the CPU.

Enabling it should make things go a bit faster, especially on polygon-heavy games, unless the GPU is really crappy. There are currently some differences in rendering from not having it enabled, but those are bugs.

Hello! Can i ask if the Mali 400 mp4 rev. 2 is more than enough for polygon intensive games? Well the whole silicon is Exynos 4 Quad 4412 @1.4 Ghz. Thanks!

RE: Hardware transform feature (Android)
Most likely things will run well on that phone when PPSSPP is fully optimized and has an ARM dynarec. But we'll see, no promises.
