v0.8.1-223-g4ab8b76 windows ver. don't have screenshot feature...
& Why ppsspp always crash when minimize?

Works fine here and the screenshot feature is there too(F12)...Debug=>Take Screenshot
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM

Batch iso <=> cso converter
