PPSSPP Crashing when using Directx11 or Directx9

A few days ago I was booting a game on the app when suddenly my PC restarted, maybe because of a Windows update. Since then I can't play games when using Directx 11 or 9; OpenGL still works normally.
When I try to play with Directx the game just doesn't load and the app crashes.

I suspect it is not a problem with my PC or Directx because I tried playing other emulators, Dolphin and PCSX2 especifcally, and they still work perfectly fine.

I've tried reinstalling PPSSPP; downloading Directx and deleting the SYSTEM files and even the entire memstick file. Nothing works.

Have you tried updating your GPU drivers or checking if Windows reverted any settings during the restart?
