Can someone give me a Little Help With Options

I don't know much about this kind of subject.. and i dont know what the options does... can someone explain please? what the option does and what that means... no need to explain ALL just the basic that a ppsspp lover needs to know ^^
and i play on android.

Stream VBO ?
MipMaping?
Media Engine?
Linear Filtering?
Vertex Cache?
Buffered+antialiasing?
Draw Wireframe?
True color i think i know... maybe it changes from 32 bit for 16? less colors? xD
anisotropic filtering.. and that levels.. what is the best?
texture Scaling?
Deposterize?
XBRZ Hybrid Bicubic and H+B ( probabily Hybrid+bicubic).

When i See these options i just think.. ''WTF'' '-'
