frameskip become weird

after update in last week, when I use frameskip 3,it become flick randomly,I hate to say but it really disturb when play,,
if I use 1 frameskip the speed unchangeable,,
if buffered renderer on, the screen become blur and laggy,,

so can the ppsspp become not flickering again when I turn off buffered rendering and use frameskip 3???

please fix it become v 0.8 release ,thanks henrik and team
