Sound and Framerate issues with some newer builds after

build v0.9.1-1485-g4d3b22c: Framerate issue, sounds seems fine but game like God Eater Burst who normally run at 30fps is running at 20fps with both frameskipping off or auto.

build v0.9.1-1580-g07cf92b: Sound issue, the framerate seems fine but the sound seems out of synchrony/shaggy.

try build 1421
thats the last fine build. ive noticed builds after 1421 had "glary & dizzy" effect on game menu and in game, plus a slowdown on performance.
