PPSSPP "crashes" on startup after update drivers

I updated my NVIDIA graphics driver and immideatly after it PPSSPP "crashes" on startup
I also tried other small things such as running as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling PPSSPP (Note: I downloaded PPSSPP through zip file, not the installer) and restarting my PC, which also did not work, i also tried to run portable version.
I don't know what else to do. If anyone knows why this is happening and/or how to fix it, I would be greatly appreciative.

Processor: Intel Core i7-5500 CPU @ 2.40GHz
