About the 60fps patches...

I'm using the 60fps patches for Ultimate Ghouls 'n Ghosts and Wipeout Pure. However, I get occasional stuttering. Are there any particular settings I can change to fix this? I'm running on a 1080Ti, so I don't think that's the problem. Am using PPSSPP 1.9.3.

I was also using 60fps patches for ultimate ghouls but same error found can you find some different way to solve this.
