So I was using the new version of the ppsspp and I want to install some shader, and the shader textures options is off can someone help me turn it on

Please help me! I'm playing gta vcs on ppsspp. After killing the intruders in the mission in the air tonight the game crahses all the time.I've tried 2 fix the issue by Trying different roms,installing and uninstalling PPSSPP. Nothing worked.Ican share Save game,Cheat,Rom.
