PPSSPP Black Screen on Launch, the title of the window changes to the times i opened.

Hello, so i am pretty much new in using PPSSPP. I used it for like the past 2 days for playing P3P. And today I launched PPSSPP and was greeted by a black screen and no title on the window whatsoever. (At the time I was using 1.12.3) I tried going to older versions like 1.12.2 or 1.12.1 but it was the same error. I completely wiped all memory of PPSSPP on my pc still no success. Also sometimes when I open it 2 times it says "instance:2" or when I opened it for the 3rd time "instance:3" on the window title. Please help. Any help is appreciated. The attachment was taken in version 1.12.2 after the 4th time trying to open it.
