screen freezing/fps drops to 1

Hello, nearly two months ago I downloaded and started to play GTA Vice City Stories on PPSSPP. I do small configurations after downloaded it (4x PSP resolution to play on 1080p...) and everything was completely normal, game was running fine (Liberty City Stories too). But on this week, my PPSSPP started to act completely crazy, freezing the game and unfreezing, sometimes faster, sometimes slower. My PC setup was more than the necessary to play PPSSPP on factory configurations + 4x res (what comproves this is the two months playing normally with this configuration). Anyone know how to solve this? Game becomes unplayable. Also, GTA Liberty City Stories was having the same problem.

Till now, I tried to: play on native resolution, reinstall the PPSSPP, install the latest one, reset all configurations. All got the same results.
