Monster Hunter Freedom Unite sound/save problem

Hello everybody  maybe you could help me with a problem i have.

Long ago i did a mistake and i erased my savefile of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite (the .bin). That wasn't a major issue because i had my savestates and i keep playing with these. The thing is i recently reinstalled ppsspp with the latest version (1.9.3) and i have no sound for effects, voices, ...but i have the music.I tried with a more ancient .bin save and all works correctly (but i can't play with this file because i'd have soooo much quests and farming to match my most recent, Monster Hunter players should understand what i'm saying).

The other thing is when i try to properly save during the game by loading the savestates it says the memory stick used for this file isn't here.

So my problem could be solved if there is a way to:
1/Fix the sound in the settings.
2/To convert my savestates into proper game file, it would be the best.
