cant choose Vulkan in options

cant choose Vulkan in options
so, there's literally only opengl, dx9 and dx11, though i have VulkanRT installed on my computer. i remember Vulkan was still there about a year ago, but then i changed something in the options or in my computer settings and it just disappeared. Any way i can fix it?
