Cloud save states and game save files

Hi everyone,

First of all, I want to thank the Developers for such an amazing emulator. I use it on my android phone and PC.

I was wondering if someone was considering a cloud saves functionality for the game save files and saved states.

Having cloud saves would allow some kind of easy "Nintendo Switch Experience" for PPSSPP, since you cloud play on your phone on your way home on the subway, and then continue on your PC when you arrive by simply turning it on.

I think we could use a service like Dropbox or Google Drive for it.

If no one is working on this, I could give it a try. Does anyone know where in the source code should I start looking?.
