FFT - WotL - Audio problem

Getting weird distortion/sound issues in this game. I've tried messing with the latency settings. Tried Vulkan/DX9/DX11. Nothing fixes it.

8700K (stock)
ASUS mobo (onboard audio)
1080TI
16GB RAM

I should also add that it only happens in FFT.

Crisis Core, Peace Walker and Dissidia have no issues with video or sound.
