Keyboard and Gamepad Conflict

Hi everyone, I'm sorry if this question has been answered, I just can't find this, I've also used other search engines but problems similar to mine aren't just there.

I have a generic gamepad which I have remapped the buttons to fit the default gamepad controls, but I noticed that the right thumb and left thumb doubles as Lalt and Lctrl of the keyboard and this toggles the fullscreen on my computer. How do I solve this please?
