Help! Error when using on Windows XPand Something else

I Have Error messsages when i try to open a game the emulatorlauches, itsjust when the games start it breaks.

I also want to figure out how to move saves from computer to computer because i have ppsspp on a flashdrive. I have the setting on installed.txt but i also have files in MyDocuments so Thats some information for you.

I have added images of the errors i get idk how it works yet cuz im new to forums and i have brackets around things and I guess thats just how it works so idk if you are able to see the images or not.
