Touch input request.
@hrydgard. Is it possible for you to make the touch screen input controls from ppsspp into a standalone touch screen overlay application that can be ran accross the entire O.S. such as Windows 10 for use as input for other games and emulators?

First of all.... Why?

Second. There are already similar programs. Try searching on google for stuff like that. There are even 3D file explorers/visualizers.
