How do you change language

Hello , i have use this app before long ago but now its been like 1 and a half years since i play it , now i download it again to play Sword art online game . but for some reason the app is in japanese language , help me change the language please

If on Android:

Go to internal sdcard, open the PSP folder, then SYSTEM, open the ppsspp.ini with a test editor, look for Language line, write there "Language = en_US"

On Windows:

In PPSSPP folder, go to memstick/PSP/SYSTEM, then do the same thing described above.
