Yu-Gi-Oh arc v Special (jpn/english) breaks emulator on main screen (when selecting new game or continue) tried on 1.3 and 1.2.0 and 1.1 versions for windows every version breaks same and at the same spot. When you select new game it freezes for a few seconds then shutds down gpu drivers and then you need to kill it via task manager. Maybe it is playable and i am doing something wrong?

Try it using default settings and all video renders. For me no happens this on my laptop (Windows 7 and Direct3D) and my cellphone (Android 4.4.2 and OpenGL)
