Small feature request: Please expose "DisplayCropTo16x9" setting to users through UI

I cannot find this setting in the UI at all. Intuition tells me it should be under Graphics > Display layout & effects, but nope. I saw it in the ppsspp.ini file and your docs kind of hint at it:

Err, 1080p is 1080 not 1280. (4 * 480 = 1920, 4 * 272 = 1088, 4 * 270 = 1080). Typos?

I got the latest v1.17.1-68-g83bd9fd66. I don't remember this line being in the old configs I had but I noticed some games graphics clipped a bit and found "DisplayCropTo16x9 = True" so I set to "False" with a text editor and it looks nice again (I hate stretching things wrong, I got a real hang up for 4:3 too lol). Just asking for a simple toggle for this (and maybe default to off too). I was playing a pinball game and the tops of all the score digits were gone, so zeroes look like "U"s.
