PPSSPP Crash When Opening

PPSSPP Crash When Opening
So Ive been using the PPSSPP emulator flawlessly until today, When I launched it, it simply froze with the Shape buttons background, When I try to kill it in task manager or alt f4 it, it gives me an error message saying: "Wait for EmuThread timed out".

Can I have help trying to fix this? I have reinstalled the emulator and I still have the same problem
